Earlier this week three farmer meetings were held to discuss the possibility of a food hub in central Indiana. The meetings were held in Hamilton, Hancock, and Henry counties. Roy Ballard, Hancock County Purdue Extension Educator - Agriculture & Natural Resources took some time with us to discuss the study and to give us his definition of "what is a food hub."
